About the event
This poetry walk is a tribute to Meena Kumari's life. August marks her birth anniversary month. We will take a stroll through the poet's city and view various historical landmarks of her life through the lens of her poems. We will walk to various locations across Bandra West (including her first Bandra home, and an old vintage cinema) and listen to recitals of her Urdu poetry.
